Here at Bellwether, we set out to change the way Real Estate brokerages interact with the licensed agents that work there. Traditionally, licensees are 1099 independent contractors, and for the most part, agents create and execute their own business planning and marketing. Often there is little collaboration between the firm, and the independent agent, which causes a lack of continuity and culture of the company.
Agents generally have free range when marketing and interacting with home owners and buyers, with the exception of what's required with regard to licensing laws (RCW 18.85)
At Bellwether, we have embraced a team model which promotes individual personal growth, and a consistent experience for our clients. Team models utilize the best of what each individual has to offer, and develop systems that support all of the clients real estate needs. This system also exposes each team member to all aspects of real estate services, including comprehension of both Buyer and Seller needs.
